In an effort to increase transparency about how your county tax dollars are being spent, we are providing easy access to information for the public on government contract and grant awards. The county encourages taxpayers to use the database.
For each contract, the following information is provided:
• Name of the entity with whom the county is contracting • Maximum amount of the authorized contract • Contract Term (applicable years in which the contract is effective)¹ • Contract Type (Expense, Revenue, Zero Dollar) ○ Expense – refers to monies the county agrees to spend ○ Revenue – refers to monies the county agrees to receive ○ Zero Dollar – refers to agreements resulting in zero financial impact on the county, such as some agreements between the county and other municipal governments, and some agreements allowing entities to use county property at no expense • Funding department • A brief description of the contract
Note: The database is part of the county's new standard contract tracking process and is continuously updated with ongoing contract information. Contract information prior to January 2009 is not represented in this database.
• Since this search only returns contracts that contain any of the words in your query, refining or narrowing your search is as simple as adding more words to the search terms you have already entered.
